1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

• Identity and contact: name and surname, company name, phone, e-mail, province/district and delivery address.
• Request and transaction: quote and order contents, product preferences, correspondence.
• Digital data: cookie preferences, IP address, browser and device information, site usage statistics (analytics and marketing cookies only if you give consent).
• AI assistant: the messages you type into the chat window.

3. Purposes of processing

• Carrying out quote, order and shipping processes,
• Responding to requests, questions and complaints,
• Fulfilling invoicing and accounting obligations,
• Ensuring and improving the security of the website,
• Advertising and measurement activities, if you give consent.

4. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where necessary, your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Your data may be transferred, limited to the purpose, to courier and logistics companies, accounting and financial advisory service providers, authorised public institutions, and hosting and IT service providers. Messages typed into the AI assistant are sent to a service provider located abroad (Groq, Inc.) to generate replies; map and measurement services (Google) may use servers abroad. Transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with the conditions of Article 9 of KVKK and, where necessary, on the basis of your explicit consent. Please do not type sensitive data such as identity, health or payment information into the chat window.

6. Method of collection

Your data is collected electronically through website forms, WhatsApp, phone, e-mail, the AI assistant and cookies, and physically in our stores.

7. Retention period

Data is kept for the period required by the purpose of processing and the statutory limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn whether it is used in line with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or destruction in accordance with KVKK, to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
