A rope system is only as strong as its weakest connection. Turnbuckles, clips, shackles, snap hooks and swivels must match the rope diameter and working load. We offer AISI 316 stainless for marine and outdoor use, and galvanized versions for general purpose.
Note: for lifting and personnel applications, use only certified hardware marked with a working load limit (WLL).

FAQ
Are “liftırga” and turnbuckle the same thing?
Yes. “Liftırga” is a local name for a turnbuckle; it is used to tension rope or wire.
How many clips go on one rope end?
It depends on the rope diameter; at least 3 on small diameters and 4–6 on large diameters. The saddle must always be on the load-bearing end.
What is the difference between a D shackle and a bow shackle?
The D shackle is for in-line pulls; the bow shackle, with its wider body, suits connections loaded from different angles.
Can a snap hook be used for lifting?
No. DIN 5299 snap hooks are for general connection; certified equipment must be used for lifting and carrying people.
Which snap hook is suitable for a punching bag?
A screw-lock snap hook is recommended so that the gate does not open from swinging; using it with a swivel makes it easier for the bag to rotate.
What is a swivel for?
It allows the rope or chain to rotate, preventing twisting and tangling and extending the life of the connection.
Does a welded ring carry load?
It is for general connection and gathering. Certified rings with a specified working load must be used in lifting applications.
Which eye bolt should be used for a hammock?
A wood-screw eye bolt in timber beams; in concrete or steel, a metric eye bolt with a suitable anchor or nut. At least M10 is recommended.
