A paperless, fully recorded supply process
We run the whole process with our dealer, site and industrial customers on a business management system built specifically for OSAK. Your request is logged, your quote is prepared on a corporate template and sent to your phone as a link; approval, revisions, dispatch and payments all follow the same record.
No printer, stamp or fax
Open the link, check the lines and total, and sign with your finger. If price or lead time does not work, decline with a reason and receive a revised quote with a new revision number.
For purchasing departments
Your purchase history is kept by product, size, date and price, and recurring needs can be reordered with a single message. Documents show VAT and VAT withholding per line. All account customers can use these services; see also our wholesale terms.
Do I need to install an app to approve quotes?
No. The quote arrives as a link via WhatsApp or e-mail and opens in your phone’s browser; you approve by signing on screen.
What happens if I decline a quote?
You pick a reason such as price, lead time or product; for “Other” you add a short note. A revised quote is prepared and sent with a new revision number.
How does balance reconciliation work?
Your balance on a set date, optionally with the statement, is sent as a link. Approve in one tap if it matches; otherwise dispute by entering your own balance.
Can I see my past purchases and prices?
Yes. We send PDF statements for any date range and tell you which product you bought, when and at what price whenever you ask.
Who can use these services?
All dealers, contractors, companies and institutions with an account at OSAK. To open one, just send your tax certificate and company stamp details via WhatsApp.
Is my data safe?
Quote and reconciliation links are unique to you. Personal data is processed only for our business relationship under KVKK, and every action is logged with date, time and user.
